・This event is eligible for point cards.
※If you do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (for school students only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you can participate in an event of the same value at a later date without paying a participation fee.
※However, this does not apply if more than half of the event time had passed when the canceled event was called off.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school students will be contacted via Sgrum and general participants will be contacted by phone by 13:00 on the day of the event.
・We will provide first aid for injuries sustained on the day, but please note that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
