Announcement: "Enjoy Mini-Games in Hitachi" for 2nd to 6th Graders (May 6)

We will be holding an "Enjoy Mini Games" event on Saturday, May 6th, for elementary school students in grades 2-6.

At this event, participants will enjoy mini-games together.

Non-school members are also welcome to participate!

・14:00 Registration begins
・14:30 Event starts
・16:00 Event ends, dismissal scheduled

[Venue]
Hitachi Ltd. Omika Ground (6-20 Omika-cho, Hitachi City)

[Eligible Grades]
Elementary school students in grades 2-6

[What to Bring]
Clothing suitable for soccer, soccer ball, water bottle, point card (school members only)
*Please write your name on your belongings.
*School members who do not have a point card will be given one at the reception desk.

[Participation Fee]
School members: 1,000 yen (tax included) / person
General participants: 1,500 yen (tax included) / person
*Payment will be collected in cash on the day of the event.

*If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, you can register for a new one on the application form. Please select "Obtain and Apply".

[Application Period]
Until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 2nd

[Other Notes]
・This event is eligible for point cards.
*If you do not have a point card, one will be distributed at the reception desk (school members only).
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgúrm and general participants by phone by 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
・In the event of an injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Photos and videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention]
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has suspected symptoms.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by a public health center (does not include those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting close contact determination.
3) If an organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
