School students: 1,000 yen (tax included) / person
General participants: 2,000 yen (tax included) / person
*Payment will be collected in cash on the day of the event.

Complete soccer equipment, water bottle
*Please make sure to write your name on all your belongings.

*A J.LEAGUE ID is required for application.
*If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, you can register for a new one on the application form. Please select "Register and Apply."

・We will notify school students of the results via Sgrum and general participants via email within one week.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in May.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but please understand that subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each family.
・Photos and videos taken at these tryouts may be posted on the official club website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Countermeasures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabiting family member has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) If the participant is identified by a public health center as a close contact (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infected person within the organization.
Furthermore, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If there are warnings from the management regarding preventive measures, follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
