・In case of cancellation, we will notify school members via sgurm and general participants by phone by 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day of the event, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
・Photos and videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.
[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher will not be able to participate. Also, participation is not allowed if you have any symptoms of poor health, including shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by a public health center (excluding cases where the close contact period has ended), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within that organization.
In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed the infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if warned about preventative measures by staff.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
