We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a "Norte Area Northern Ibaraki Advanced Course Selection" on Tuesday, February 28th, for new elementary school 4th to 6th graders who are not currently enrolled in our school.

Every Friday: Elementary 4th-6th Graders 18:40-20:00
・Activity Location: Hitachi Omika Ground (6-20 Omika-cho, Hitachi City)
*Starting from April 2023, Northern Ibaraki Advanced 5th and 6th graders will be added to the Friday course.

・In case of cancellation, we will contact you by phone at the emergency contact number you provided by 4:00 PM on the day of the event.
・In the event of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be handled by each family.
・If you are unable to attend the selection process, please write " 別日希望" (Desire another date) in the remarks column. You will participate in the Northern Ibaraki Advanced Course after the selection date.
・Photos and videos taken at this selection process may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.
[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you have any health problems including shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or loss of taste/smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You will not be allowed to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant has been identified by a public health center as a close contact (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 case within the organization.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when entering the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
