・In case of cancellation, we will notify school members via sgurm and general participants by phone by 8:00 AM on the day.
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each family.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you have any symptoms of poor health, including difficulty breathing, malaise, dullness, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If an organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within that organization.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are any instructions from the management regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
