Announcement of "Kids Soccer School in Ushiku" for children aged 4-6 (11/12)

"Kashima Antlers Kids Soccer School in Ushiku" will be held on Saturday, November 12th at the Ushiku Sports Park Multi-Purpose Field. Anyone, regardless of whether they have soccer experience, no experience, or are a girl, is welcome to participate.

Ushiku Sports Park Multi-Purpose Field (1400 Shimone-cho, Ushiku City)
*Please use Ushiku Sports Park Parking Lot 2 or 3.

[What to bring]
Ball, athletic clothing, drinks, shoes (athletic shoes are acceptable)
*Balls can be rented.
*Please be sure to write your name on all belongings.

[Other Notes]
・On the day of the event, please arrive at the venue on time.
・In case of severe weather, a decision will be made by 8:00 on the day of the event, and if cancelled, you will be notified by email.
・Treatment for injuries during practice will be limited to first aid. After that, participants are responsible for their own care, and the club will not be held responsible.
・Please be sure to check the COVID-19 infection prevention guidelines below.

[COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.

You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a determination as a close contact.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.

In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If the management gives instructions regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle or water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
