Notice regarding the 2023 Kashima Antlers Junior (new 6th graders) tryouts

We are pleased to announce that tryouts for the 2023 Kashima Antlers Junior team (new 6th graders) will be held.
*This is not for Tsukuba Junior or Norte Junior.

[Eligibility and Number of Recruits]
New 6th graders (field players, goalkeepers): A small number of players
*As a condition of eligibility, applicants are generally required to attend practice sessions four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) without fail.

Saturday, September 10, 2022
・17:30 Reception
・18:00~ Tryouts (held even in rain)

[Participation Fee]
3,500 yen (tax included)

[What to Bring]
Soccer attire (no ball needed), cleats, water bottle, tryout participation ticket
*Please make sure to write your name on all your belongings.

[Payment Method]
・Click the URL attached to the payment guidance email sent after completing your application, and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is completed, you will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.LEAGUE Ticket.
*In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen per ticket, an issuance fee of 110 yen per ticket, and a payment processing fee of 220 yen per transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

[Payment Deadline]

[How to Issue Tryout Tickets]
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent unauthorized use.
*If you wish to issue the ticket within 24 hours, such as close to the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven".
・On the day of the tryout, please present the "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven at the reception desk.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guideline]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, you cannot participate if you have symptoms such as difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormal taste/smell.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant has been identified as a close contact by a public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a determination of being a close contact.
3) If the institution to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.

In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity records for the past two weeks (when, where, what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when entering the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if the management provides warnings regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.

If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.

[Other]
・A J.LEAGUE ID (free of charge) is required to apply.
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departure. Participants with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate.
・Please always wear a mask at the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.) as much as possible.
・Changing rooms cannot be used on the day. Please come dressed in your attire.
・Please adhere to the rules regarding parent viewing and restroom use (explained on the day).
・If you are unable to attend the tryout date, please contact the inquiry desk below.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
・For injuries sustained during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent treatment will be at your own expense, and the club will not be held responsible. Please understand this in advance.
