Please be aware of this beforehand. 【Guidelines for Countermeasures against COVID-19】 Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation. On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have any symptoms of ill health including difficulty breathing, malaise, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate. You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within 1 week prior to the day of participation: 1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or if symptoms corresponding to the above are observed. 2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the close contact period has ended), or is awaiting a close contact determination. 3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within that organization. In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating: 1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing). 2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection prevention measures. 3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue. 4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are any instructions regarding preventive measures from the organizers, please follow them. 5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home. 6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups). 7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
