[Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, those with symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, will not be allowed to participate.
If any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are instructions from the management regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, or blow your nose into your hand.
