*Please take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet from two weeks before the event until the day of the event. Please submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

・In the event of cancellation on the day, school members will be notified via Sgrum and non-school members by phone by 12:00.
・Parental observation will be conducted in accordance with the school's viewing rules. Only one parent may observe, please wear a mask, and maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from others. Please refrain from unnecessary conversation during observation and pickup/drop-off.
・Accompanying siblings may observe. However, to avoid contact with other families, please do not leave your family's side.
・First aid will be provided by us for injuries on the day, but we ask that each family handle any further matters. Please be aware of this in advance.
[Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention Measures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by management, please follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After completion, promptly leave and return home.
