・To prevent the spread of coronavirus at the facility, participation from residents outside Ibaraki Prefecture is not permitted.
・Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the event.
・Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・First aid will be provided for injuries during practice. After that, it will be the participant's responsibility, and the club will not be held liable. For school students, sports insurance will cover this.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" displayed at the venue on the day.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event date. Please download and print it from the URL below and fill it out.

[Regarding COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, lethargy, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above physical ailments within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be able to participate. Those who have been asked to self-isolate by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
