Please use the paid parking lots around "Midorino Station" on the Tsukuba Express line.
Parking at the Tsukuba Academy Center is not available.
[Important Notes]
・On the day of the event, please arrive at the venue on time.
・In the event of an injury during practice, only first aid will be provided. After that, it will be handled at your own discretion, and the club will not be held responsible. For school students, sports insurance will cover this.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event. Please download, print, and fill out the sheet from the URL below.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above physical symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to self-quarantine by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the organizers when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event concludes.
