Notice of "Soccer Class in Ushiku" for children aged 4 to 12 (March 27)

We will hold a football clinic at Ushiku Sports Park Multi-Purpose Plaza on Sunday, March 27.

Anyone can participate, regardless of whether they are a school student or have football experience. Please invite your friends and join us!

[Eligibility]
Children from pre-school (year before elementary school) to 6th grade elementary school
*Children who are not school students are also welcome to participate.

Up to 20 people per grade level
*Registration will close once capacity is reached.

[What to Bring]
Ball (we will lend one if you don't have one), sportswear, drinks, shoes (athletic shoes are acceptable), health check sheet

[Application Period]
Until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, March 23

[Notes]
・Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the event.
・In case of severe weather, a decision will be made at 8:00 AM on the day of the event and participants will be notified via email.
・Treatment for injuries during practice will be limited to first aid. Any subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible. Please be aware of this.
・Please be sure to check the COVID-19 countermeasures guidelines below.

[About COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.

If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly observe the following points when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If instructed by the management, please follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Even on the pitch, observe cough etiquette, do not spit or blow your nose.
8) After the event, promptly withdraw and return home.

While we will provide first aid for injuries that occur on the day, please note that parents/guardians will be responsible for any subsequent treatment. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
