【Notes】
・On the day of the event, please arrive at the venue on time.
・In the event of an injury during practice, we will provide first aid. After that, it will be the individual's responsibility to deal with it, and the club will not be held responsible. For school students, sports insurance will cover it.
【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by management, please follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others'. (Be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups.)
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
