Announcement of the Hokota Campus Special Course (New 3rd to 6th Graders) Selection Trials for the 2022 Academic Year

We would like to inform you that we will be holding tryouts for the Hokota School Special Course (for new 3rd to 6th graders).

【Eligibility】
New 3rd to 6th graders

【Date and Time】
Friday, February 25, 2022, 18:40 - 20:00

【Venue】
Hokota Athletic Park (2331 Toma, Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

【Participation Fee】
・School members: Free
・Non-school members (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included)
※Payment will be collected in cash on the day.
※Registration will be at the ground.

【What to Bring】
Full set of soccer equipment, water bottle, health check sheet
※Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.

【Application Period】

【Other】
・As a measure to prevent COVID-19 infection when participating in the tryouts, please measure your body temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet from two weeks before the tryouts until the day of.

・Results will be notified within one week; school members will be contacted via Sgrum, and general participants will be contacted by mail.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in April.
・Please be sure to read the COVID-19 countermeasures guidelines before participating.

【About the Special Course】
・Activity day: Every Friday
・Activity time: 18:40 - 20:00
・Activity location: Hokota Athletic Park (2331 Toma, Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or other educational institution, or workplace, cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the activity.
