【Other】
・As a measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we ask all participants to take their temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to the tryouts and on the day of the tryouts.

・In the event of an injury on the day of the event, we will provide first aid. However, please understand that parents or guardians will be responsible for any subsequent treatment.
・Results will be notified within one week: school members via Sgrum, and general participants via postal mail.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in April.

【Guidelines for Novel Coronavirus Countermeasures】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. You also cannot participate if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant had any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation.
Individuals who have been asked to self-isolate by their school, educational institution, or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed the infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by management, follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
