Please note that, as a general rule, applicants must be able to attend practices four times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

3:15 PM – 3:45 PM: Registration
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Tryouts
*Depending on the COVID-19 situation, the tryouts may be held in groups. (Example: Group 1: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM / Group 2: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

*The participation fee will be collected at the reception desk on the day of the tryouts.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please make sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If you or someone living with you has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (e.g., school) or workplace will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by staff, please follow their directions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (make sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
9) Due to limited viewing space, only one guardian per player is allowed.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to confirm the health status of participants, please download the health check sheet from the URL below and submit it on the day of the tryouts.

We will provide first aid for any injuries sustained on the day, but after that, it will be the responsibility of the guardians to handle the situation. Please be aware of this in advance.
