[Measures against COVID-19]
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, participants are requested to take their temperature every morning and fill out a health check sheet daily, starting two weeks before the selection round until the day of the event.
Please print and fill out the following sheet and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines]
Please make sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If you or anyone living with you has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace will not be allowed to participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during the event, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (make sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose by hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.

First aid will be provided for injuries that occur on the day, but please understand that parents/guardians will be responsible for subsequent care.
