As a general rule, the tryouts will be held even in rain. 【COVID-19 Countermeasures】
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we request that you take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to the tryouts until the day of the event.
Please print and fill out the sheet below and submit it at the reception desk on the day of the event.

■COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. You also cannot participate if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowding. Follow instructions if given by staff.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
【Others】
・Please be sure to take your temperature before leaving. Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher will be denied participation. Please note that in such cases, the tryout participation fee will not be refunded.
・For guardian viewing, it is limited to one guardian per player (guardians are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please always wear a mask inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players as much as possible (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryouts.
・If you are unable to attend the tryout date due to scheduling conflicts, please enter this in the "Remarks" field of the application form. We will consider your request.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use the paid parking lots near Midorino Station on the Tsukuba Express line. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・Injuries sustained during the tryouts will be limited to first aid. Any subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible. Please be aware of this.
・In unavoidable circumstances where the tryout date must be changed, we will consider holding it on an alternative date. Please note that as a general rule, the tryout participation fee already paid will not be refunded even if you are unable to attend on the alternative date.
