Notice of Kashima Antlers Youth Team Tryouts for the 2022 Season

We are pleased to announce the selection trials for the 2022 Kashima Antlers Youth Team as follows.
*A total of two selection trials will be held, including this one. The date for the second selection trial will be announced once it has been decided.

The second selection trial will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 (public holiday).

[Measures against COVID-19]
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus when participating in the selection trial, we ask that you measure your body temperature every morning for two weeks prior to the selection trial until the morning of the event and fill out a health check sheet.

■COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.

On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, those with shortness of breath, malaise, fatigue, abnormalities in taste or smell, or eye pain or conjunctival hyperemia will not be allowed to participate.

If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.

Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if given by the management.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your fingers.<
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
9) Register with "Amabie-chan" posted at the venue on the day.

[Other]
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departure. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, we will have to refuse your participation.
・Parental viewing is limited to one parent per player (parents are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please always wear a mask in the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・Changing rooms will not be available on the day. Please come dressed in your playing clothes.
・Upon arrival, please be sure to use the disinfectant provided.
・Please follow the rules for using the toilets (explained on the day).
・Please bring clothes suitable for playing soccer and cleats (fixed studs).
・High temperatures are expected on the day. Please take measures against heatstroke before participating.
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after your application. Please arrive at the venue punctually on the day of the selection trial.
・If you are unable to participate due to scheduling conflicts, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consider your request.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use the paid parking lots near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・Regarding injuries during the selection trial, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be responsible. Please be aware of this.

*Those who fall under any of the following categories cannot participate. Thank you for your understanding.
1) Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or those with a persistent fever.
2) Those with symptoms suspected of COVID-19, such as cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/congestion, impaired taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival hyperemia, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting.
3) Those who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
4) Those who have visited countries/regions that have required entry restrictions or a post-entry observation period by the government within the past two weeks, or those who have had close contact with residents of such areas.
5) Those who have concerns or anxieties about their own health condition.
