Announcement of Selection Trials for Kashima Campus Special Course (New 3rd to New 6th Graders) in 2021

We will be holding tryouts for the Kashima School Special Course (new 3rd to new 6th graders).

New 4th and 5th graders (current 3rd and 4th graders) 17:00-18:20

■Application Period
Until 23:59 on Tuesday, February 16

Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Multipurpose Ground (2887 Aotohigashiyama, Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

[Participation Fee]
School students: Free
Non-school students (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included)
(Payment will be collected in cash on the day)
*Registration will be held at the ground.

[What to Bring]
Full set of soccer equipment, water bottle

[Other]
Kashima School Special Course: Held every Wednesday.
All current 2nd-grade special course students must re-apply for selection.
Tryouts for new 2nd graders (current 1st graders) are scheduled to be held after May.
We will notify successful applicants within one week; school students via Sgrum, and general participants by mail.
Activities for successful applicants will begin in April.
In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but parents are responsible for any subsequent care. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please be sure to read the COVID-19 countermeasures guidelines before participating.
Participants from outside Ibaraki Prefecture are welcome, but participation using public transportation is not permitted.

[About COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
If you have a fever of 37.0°C or higher (adults 18 years or older) or 37.5°C or higher (children under 18 years) on the day of participation, you cannot participate. You also cannot participate if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Wear a mask when coming to the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose by hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the activity.
