General: 3,000 yen (tax included)
Antlers School students: 2,000 yen (tax included)
*The participation fee will be collected at the reception desk on the day of the tryout.

Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
If an adult (18 years or older) has a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or a child (under 18 years old) has a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, they cannot participate. Also, if they experience shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, they cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly observe the following when participating:
(1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
(2) Participants understand the risks and confirm infection control measures.
(3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
(4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
(5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
(6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
(7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.
(8) Promptly pack up and return home after completion.
To prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections, and to confirm the health status of participants, please download the health check sheet from the website or the URL below and submit it on the day of the tryout.
[Other]
We will provide first aid for injuries that occur on the day, but please be aware that after that, it will be the responsibility of the guardians to handle the situation.
