■Items to Bring
Clothing suitable for playing soccer, cleats, water bottle, health check sheet
*The health check sheet will be sent after your application is complete.
■Tryout Content
Basic drills and matches among participants, etc. (scheduled)
■Participation Fee (Payment will be made at the reception desk on the day of the tryout)
School members: 2,000 yen (tax included)
Non-school members: 3,000 yen (tax included)

■Regarding Players Belonging to a Team
If you belong to a team and wish to participate in the tryouts, please be sure to obtain consent from the representative of your team before applying. There is a checkbox on the application form that says "Participation approved by affiliated team," so please be sure to fill it in.
■Notes
・You need to obtain a J.LEAGUE ID (free) to apply. If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, please register and then apply.
・Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryout.
・If you are unable to attend on the tryout date due to unforeseen circumstances, please enter it in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consider your request.
*However, we cannot accommodate requests for different dates due to personal reasons.
・The parking lot of Tsukuba Academy Center is not available. Please use the paid parking lot near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・In case of injuries during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. After that, it will be at your own expense, and the club will not be held responsible, so please understand.
Players participating in the tryouts and their guardians must read "Measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection" before participating.
■Measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection
・On the day of the tryouts, to avoid crowding, [1 guardian] per [1 player] will be allowed.
・Be sure to take your temperature before participating in the tryouts.
*If a participant or a cohabiting family member has a fever of 37.0℃ or higher for adults, or 37.5℃ or higher for children, or any other physical discomfort as described above, they will not be allowed to participate in the tryouts. Also, if any of the above-mentioned physical discomfort occurred within one week prior to the tryouts, participation is possible if 3 days have passed since all symptoms have improved.
*In cases of non-participation due to COVID-19 or poor physical condition, separate arrangements will be made.
・Within the last 2 weeks, no cohabiting family members have had the above-mentioned physical discomfort.
・Be able to disclose activity records for the past 2 weeks (when, where, and what was done).
・Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
・If you feel unwell during the tryouts, immediately isolate yourself and go home.
・Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others'.
・Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.
・After the tryouts, quickly leave and go home.
・Families and related parties should avoid gathering in large groups.
