We will be holding a "Coordination Skill-Up School in Hitachinaka" for kindergarteners (ages 5-6) and elementary school students in grades 1-3 at Foot Patio Hitachinaka on Sunday, June 7th.
What is coordination?
It is "the ability to skillfully move one's body."
Coordination is divided into seven abilities: rhythm, balance, transformation, reaction, connection, orientation, and discrimination.
These abilities are complexly combined when playing sports, including football.
For example, when dribbling, rhythm, balance, and connection abilities are instantly at work, and when heading, transformation and orientation abilities are instantly at work.
It is said that to improve football skills, it is important to comprehensively develop these seven abilities.
In this event, we will conduct coordination training that incorporates spatial recognition, balance, agility, and other skills necessary for football!
