On Saturday, April 11th, we will be holding a "Physical School ~How to Run Edition~ in Kashima" at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court, targeting new 2nd to 4th graders.
This event will focus on training centered around the theme of "how to run."
We will teach key points necessary for "running fast," as well as running techniques essential for soccer, such as "initial burst" and "acceleration."
Let's practice various movements and learn "how to run faster"!
It is said that physical abilities and the ability to control one's body develop rapidly during the junior age (5-12 years old), also known as the "golden age," with approximately 90% of these abilities being developed by the age of 12.
Experiencing and acquiring various movements during this period significantly impacts future athletic skills.
Furthermore, it not only helps with soccer but also contributes to building a body that is less prone to injuries.

*Cash payments are not accepted.

【Other Notes】
・This event is eligible for one point on your point card.
*If you do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (for school students only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain or lightning, participation fees cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had already passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media (including SNS). Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school students will be notified via Sgrum by 11:30 on the day of the event, and general participants will be notified by phone or email.
・We will provide first aid for injuries that occur on the day of the event, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
