1) Select "vs Fagiano Okayama" from the match selection screen on "Kashima Ticket", choose your desired seat type, corresponding grade, ticket issuance method (QR ticket / paper ticket *in-store issuance), and desired number of tickets, then proceed with the purchase.
2) Issue the purchased ticket and proceed directly to the stadium gate.

How to Purchase Tickets
For Annual Ticket Holders (SÓCIO・Season Tickets)
■Entry with IC Card・App Membership Card Possible
Annual ticket holders can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.
■Tickets can be purchased at SÓCIO・Fan Club advance price
In addition to your reserved annual seats, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO・Fan Club advance price. Purchases are possible from the release timing for each membership grade.
■Ticket transfer service available
You can use the ticket transfer service for matches you cannot attend. Ticket transfers can be done from the "Ticket List/QR Issuance" in the "Kashima Ticket" account menu. For instructions, please refer to here.
■For SÓCIO Members
・SÓCIO corporate contract holders who have selected ticket coupons can apply from the fan club member advance sales date.
・The resale system for held annual tickets is available. Please check here for how to use it.
*SÓCIO Royal and corporate paper tickets are not eligible.
About On-the-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the on-the-day ticket counter outside the stadium.

One hour before gates open (14:00) to one hour after match starts (19:00)
■Payment Methods

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, on-the-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seat types are sold out, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing on-the-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the on-the-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminal. If purchasing tickets at the on-the-day ticket counter, please allow ample time for arrival.
・You can purchase tickets from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match. The on-the-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket".
■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they will be watching on the lap of an accompanying adult, one preschool child per adult does not require a ticket, regardless of seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed.

"Wheelchair seating" is a viewing space exclusively for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter for free.

■Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for standard passenger cars in the Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis for the number of available parking spaces until the day of the match.
・On the match day, please come to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to parking space limitations, the B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
