Wheelchair seating tickets are sold as a dedicated viewing area for wheelchair users. One accompanying person may enter free of charge.

How to Use Wheelchair Seating

Purchasing Tickets ~ Advance Notice

Please purchase a wheelchair seat ticket from "Kashima Antlers Tickets" and contact the call center in advance.
*The number of wheelchair seats is limited. We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket.

[Application Period]
From the ticket release date (SÓCIO advance sale) for each match until two days before the match day.

[About Dedicated Wheelchair Parking]
You can use Parking Lot D. Please inform the call center of your request to use the parking lot when you contact them about using the wheelchair seats. Use is limited to one vehicle per person.
*The number of parking spaces is limited. Please note that it may not be available if the lot is full.

Information for Match Day

Please proceed to the reception desk located next to the wheelchair gate, within the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the back stand side outside the stadium. After checking in, you can enter through the wheelchair-accessible gate on the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will be given the escort's ticket (QR code).

・Wheelchair seating allows for temporary exit and re-entry via the dedicated wheelchair gate. Please see here for details.
・In case of rain, you may get wet, so please prepare raincoats, ponchos, etc.

Moving around inside the stadium

You can use the elevators for movement within the stadium.

Regarding wheelchair-accessible facilities

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located in the area past the wheelchair-accessible gate. For more details on the exact location, please ask a staff member at the wheelchair-accessible gate.
*There are no wheelchair-accessible restrooms in the stadium concourse.
