SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page Operation Flow
How to link your J.LEAGUE ID and Membership Number
1. Select [Login/New Registration] on the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page.
2. Enter your J.League ID and password, then select "Login".
3. Select [One-Touch Pass ID Settings].
4. Select "Add One-Time Pass ID"
5. From the "Registered Club" dropdown, select "Kashima Antlers" and then click [Next].
*The [Next] button will become selectable after you choose a club.
6. Enter your membership number, then select [Proceed to STEP 2].
7. Select your date of birth. After selecting, click [Proceed to Step 3].
8. Confirm your member information. After confirming, select [Proceed to STEP 4].
9. Confirm (and correct) the One-Touch Pass registration information and select [Complete].
10. Registration Complete
11. After selecting "Select" for the target member, you can log in to your My Page.
How to display your membership card
1. Select [Login/Register] on the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page
2. Enter your J.League ID and password, then select "Login".
3. Confirm your membership information and select "Select."
4. Select "Membership Card"
within My Page.
5. Your membership card will be displayed.
How to Change Your Membership Information
1. In My Page, select
the menu.
2. Select "Basic Information Settings"
3. Select [Change] for the item you wish to modify and update the information
How to unregister (unlink) your J.LEAGUE ID and One-touch Pass (club-issued membership number)
1. Open "Kashima Ticket" and select "Login"
2. Enter your J.League ID and password, then select "Login."
3. After logging in, select the account menu "≡".
4. Select "One-Touch Pass ID (Club-issued Membership Number) Settings"
5. Select "Cancel"
6. Unsubscription complete
