■How to Purchase
Select "vs Sanfrecce Hiroshima" on "Kashima Ticket" and purchase exchange vouchers for the desired number of people. A 2-person exchange voucher allows you to purchase tickets for 2 people, a 3-person exchange voucher for 3 people, and a 4-person exchange voucher for 4 people.
*Melon exchange vouchers (1 box of 2 melons, standalone) can also be purchased on "Kashima Ticket."
■Exchange Location and Method
Please bring your exchange voucher to the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium (South Stand side). You will receive match tickets for the number of vouchers purchased and one box of melons (2 melons).
■Exchange Time
One hour before gate opening (2:00 PM) - approximately 15 minutes after the match ends
■Notes on Purchase
・Exchange vouchers alone do not grant entry to the stadium. Please be sure to exchange them for match tickets on the day of the match.
・Pick-up is only available at the venue on the day of the match. Please note that shipping is not available.
・Expiration dates vary depending on storage methods. As they are fresh produce, please consume them as soon as possible.

Annual ticket holders can enter with their IC card or app membership card.

In addition to your annual reserved seats, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO / Fan Club advance prices. Purchases can be made from the sales start time for each membership grade.
■Ticket Transfer Service Available

Regarding Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat categories, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・A handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be added to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・Even on the day of the match, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Ticket." The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket".
■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they watch on an accompanying adult's lap, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for ordinary cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Parking tickets should be purchased in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match for the available number of parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the staff's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space limitations, only ordinary passenger cars can use B parking lot.
