How to Purchase Tickets
For Annual Ticket Holders (SÓCIO・Season Ticket)
■Entry with IC Card / App Membership Card
Annual ticket holders can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.
■Purchase Tickets at SÓCIO・Fan Club Advance Price
In addition to your reserved annual seats, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO and Fan Club advance prices. Purchases can be made from the sales timing of each membership grade.
■Ticket Transfer Service Available
For matches you cannot attend, you can use the ticket transfer service. Ticket transfers can be done from the "Ticket List / QR Issuance" in the "Kashima Ticket" account menu. For instructions, please check here.
■For SÓCIO Members
・Those who have a corporate SÓCIO contract and have selected ticket coupons can apply from the Fan Club member advance sales start date.
・You can use the resale system for your annual tickets. For instructions on how to use it, please check here.
*SÓCIO Royal and corporate paper tickets are not eligible.
About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales booth outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seating categories are sold out, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seating category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day ticket prices.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time for your arrival.
・You can purchase tickets from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match. The same-day ticket sales booth may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket".
■For Preschool Children
Preschool children do not need a ticket if they watch the game on the lap of an accompanying adult, with a maximum of one preschool child per accompanying adult, regardless of the seating category. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.

■For Wheelchair Users
Wheelchair seating is a dedicated viewing space for wheelchair users. One attendant is allowed free entry. Pre-booking is required for the viewing space and parking. As the number of seats is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

■Sales of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium's B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) through a reservation system. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashima Ticket". Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please go to the B parking lot entrance and scan your purchased parking ticket with the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, only standard passenger cars can use the B parking lot.
