How to Obtain/Purchase Tickets and Enter
＜Category 5 North＞■Obtain/purchase exchange vouchers in advance at "Kashima Ticket", and then exchange them for match tickets and enter on the day of the match.
1) From the match selection screen on "Kashima Ticket", select "vs Shimizu S-Pulse".
2) From the seat type list, select "Category 5 Silver Exchange Voucher" and "Category 5 Silver Accompanying Guest Exchange Voucher", then select the required number of tickets for both those aged 65 and over and accompanying guests, and complete the application/purchase of the exchange vouchers.
3) After completing the application, issue the exchange vouchers (QR tickets or paper tickets), and on the day of the match, all members of your group should come to the special booth outside Kashima Stadium.
4) For those aged 65 and over, age verification will be conducted at the special booth. Please bring and present identification that can confirm your age (driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card, etc.). After age verification, you will receive an admission ticket, which you can use to enter the stadium.
*Exchange vouchers alone cannot be used for admission. Please be sure to exchange your exchange vouchers for match tickets at the special exchange booth outside the stadium.
*Accompanying guests must come to the booth with the person aged 65 or over.
