■Exchange Location and Method
Please bring your exchange ticket to the same-day ticket sales office outside the stadium (South Stand side). You will receive seat tickets for the number of tickets you purchased, one box of melons (2 pieces), and "Ultimate Melon Bread" for each person.

・Exchange tickets do not grant entry to the stadium. Please be sure to exchange them for seat tickets on the day of the match.

・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to data reflection on the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket window, please arrive with plenty of time.
・Even on match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets". The same-day ticket sales office may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets".
■For preschool children
For preschool children, if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying person, up to one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed.

■About B Parking Ticket Sales
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance via "Kashima Tickets". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match for the available number of parking spaces.
・On the match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance, hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal, and enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, only standard passenger cars can use the B parking lot.
