■How to Purchase
Select "vs Vissel Kobe" on "Kashima Tickets" and purchase vouchers for the desired number of people. Note that one "2-person voucher" allows you to purchase tickets for two people, and one "3-person voucher" allows you to purchase tickets for three people.
■Exchange Location and Method
Please bring your voucher to the same-day ticket sales office outside the stadium (South Stand side). You will receive seat tickets for the number of vouchers you purchased.

From 1 hour before gates open (11:00) until the start of the second half (16:00)
■Important Notes on Purchase
The voucher alone does not grant admission to the stadium. Please be sure to exchange it for a seat ticket on the day of the match.

■Important Notes
・If tickets are sold out, no same-day tickets will be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat categories, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day ticket purchases.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time for your arrival.
・Even on the day of the match, you can purchase tickets from "Kashima Tickets". The same-day ticket sales office may be crowded, so please consider using "Kashima Tickets".
■For preschool children
For preschool children, if they will be watching on the lap of an accompanying adult, one preschool child per adult does not require a ticket, regardless of seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.

■Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Advance reservations are required for parking tickets for regular vehicles at Kashima Soccer Stadium B Parking, priced at 1,000 yen (tax included). You will not be able to use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashima Tickets". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the available number of parking spaces.
・On match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space limitations, B parking is only available for regular passenger cars.
