■Important Notes
・If tickets sell out, no day-of tickets will be sold at the stadium. Also, if a specific seat type is sold out, it will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing at the stadium, you may choose the seat type, but you cannot select specific seat locations.
・A fee of 200 JPY (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the day-of price.
・It takes about 10 minutes for data to reflect from ticket issuance to the gate terminals. If you are purchasing at the ticket window, please allow plenty of time.
・You can purchase via "Kashima Tickets" even on match day. As the ticket booth can get crowded, we recommend using "Kashima Tickets".
■Preschool Children
Preschool children do not require a ticket regardless of seat type, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult (1 preschooler per adult). If an individual seat is required, a ticket must be purchased.
