For the Hundred Year Vision League, all elementary school children and younger from across the country can watch all home games held at Mercari Stadium for free in certain seat categories. This is a great deal for families watching together, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

Customers who have purchased tickets but are unable to attend Antlers home games due to unforeseen circumstances can use the official resale service via "Shikachike". For the Meiji Yasuda J1 Hundred Year Vision League, this service is available from the general release date. Please note that there are conditions for use, so please check the details on Shikachike.

Kashima Antlers does not approve of ticket resale transactions other than through the official resale service. Furthermore, purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that tickets have been purchased for illegal resale, the relevant tickets may be invalidated and account usage restrictions may be imposed.

Revision of Shikachike Official Ticket Sales Site Service Fees

J.LEAGUE Ticket revised some of its ticket service fees starting from the 2025 season. On the ticket sales site "Shikachike", during the 2025 season, SÓCIO and fan club members who issued QR tickets continued to be exempt from system usage fees, payment processing fees, and ticket issuance fees. However, from the Meiji Yasuda J1 Hundred Year Vision League, the fees will be revised as follows.

We understand that this will place a burden on SÓCIO and fan club members, but we will continue to strive to provide even more satisfying services, and we ask for your understanding.

*For free (0 yen) QR and paper tickets, no system usage fee will be incurred. However, if the ticket face value becomes 0 yen due to the application of a discount coupon code for either QR or paper tickets, the revised system usage fee will be incurred.
*When paying by credit card, the payment processing fee will be 0 yen even if you select paper tickets.
*Please check the final fee amount on the purchase confirmation screen of "Shikachike".

■Entry with IC card and app membership card possible
Those with annual tickets can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.

■Tickets can be purchased at SÓCIO・Fan Club advance prices
In addition to your annual reserved seats, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO・Fan Club advance prices. Purchases are available from the release time for each membership grade.

■Ticket transfer service available
If you are unable to attend a match, you can use the ticket transfer service. To transfer tickets, please go to "Ticket List/QR Issuance" in the account menu of "Shikachike". For instructions, please refer to here.

■For SÓCIO members
・Those who have a corporate SÓCIO contract and have selected ticket coupons can apply from the fan club member advance sales start date.

・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat categories, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase same-day tickets at the counter, please allow ample time to arrive at the stadium.
・Even on the day of the match, you can purchase tickets from "Shikachike". The same-day ticket sales counter may be crowded, so please use "Shikachike".

 

■For preschool children

For preschool children, if they watch on an accompanying person's lap, one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■Sales of B parking tickets
・Normal passenger car parking tickets for Mercari Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Shikachike". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the available parking capacity.
・On the day of the match, please come to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to parking space limitations, B parking lot can only be used by normal passenger cars.
