How to obtain/purchase tickets and enter
＜Category 5 North＞■Obtain/purchase exchange tickets via "Kashima Ticket" in advance, then exchange for watching tickets on the day of the match to enter.
1) From the match selection screen on "Kashima Ticket", select "vs Shonan Bellmare".
2) From the seat type list, select "Category 5 Silver Exchange Ticket" and "Category 5 Silver Companion Exchange Ticket". Then, select the required number of tickets for both the 65+ individual and their companion, and complete the application/purchase of the exchange ticket(s).
3) After completing the application, issue the exchange ticket (QR ticket or paper ticket). On the day of the match, all members of your group should come to the special booth outside Mercari Stadium.
4) For individuals aged 65 and over, age verification will be conducted at the special booth. Please bring and present a valid ID that can confirm your age (e.g., driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card). After age verification, you will receive an admission ticket, which you can then use to enter the stadium.
*Exchange tickets cannot be used for entry. You must exchange your exchange ticket for an admission ticket at the special exchange booth outside the stadium.
*Companions must come to the booth with the 65+ individual.

■About B parking ticket sales
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Mercari Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashima Ticket". Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match for the available number of parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please come to the B parking lot entrance and scan your purchased parking ticket at the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to the parking space, B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
