■Important Notes for Purchase
・Exchange tickets do not grant entry to the stadium. Those who purchased "Category 5 North with Strawberry Exchange Ticket" must exchange it for a seat ticket on the day of the match.
・Pick-up is only available at the venue on the day of the match. Please note that we cannot handle mail delivery.
・The expiration date varies depending on the storage method. As it is a perishable food, please consume it as soon as possible.
▼Free Admission for Elementary School Students and Younger at All Home Games Nationwide
For the 2025 season, all elementary school students and younger nationwide can watch all home games held at Kashima Stadium for free in certain seat categories. This is a great deal for families watching together, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

Annual ticket holders can enter with their IC card or app membership card.
■Purchase Tickets at SÓCIO/Fan Club Advance Price
In addition to your annual reserved seats, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance price. Purchases are available from the release time for each membership grade.
■Ticket Transfer Service Available
If you are unable to attend a match, you can use the ticket transfer service. To transfer tickets, go to "Ticket List / QR Issuance" in the account menu of "Kashima Tickets." For instructions, please refer to here.
■For SÓCIO Members
・If you are a corporate SÓCIO member and have selected ticket coupons, you can apply from the fan club member advance sale start date.

Regarding Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales office outside the stadium.

■Important Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seat categories are sold out, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of ¥200 (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day ticket purchases.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow plenty of time to arrive.
・Even on the day of the match, tickets can be purchased via "Kashima Tickets." The same-day ticket office may be crowded, so please consider using "Kashima Tickets".
■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they watch on an accompanying person's lap, one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・Parking tickets for standard passenger vehicles in the Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for ¥2,500 (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance via "Kashima Tickets". Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis for the number of available parking spaces until the day of the match.
・On the day of the match, please go to the B parking lot entrance and present your purchased parking ticket to the staff's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, the B parking lot can only accommodate standard passenger vehicles.
