For those with annual tickets (SÓCIO・Season Tickets)
■Admission with IC card/app membership card possible
Annual ticket holders can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.
■Tickets can be purchased at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance prices
In addition to your annual designated seats, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance prices. You can purchase from the release timing for each membership grade.
■Ticket transfer service available
For matches you cannot attend, you can use the ticket transfer service. Ticket transfers can be done from "Ticket List/QR Issuance" in the "Kashima Tickets" account menu. Please check here for how to do it.
■For SÓCIO members
・If your SÓCIO membership is a corporate contract and you have selected ticket coupons, you can apply from the fan club member advance sales date.
・You can use the resale system for your annual tickets. Please check here for how to use it.

About same-day ticket sales at the stadium
On the match day, you can purchase tickets at the same-day ticket sales counter outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat types, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.
・Even on the match day, you can purchase tickets from "Kashima Tickets." The same-day ticket sales counter may be crowded, so please consider using "Kashima Tickets".
■For pre-school children
For pre-school children, if they watch on an accompanying person's lap, one pre-school child per accompanying person does not need a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

Wheelchair seats are observation spaces exclusively for wheelchair users. Only one attendant can enter for free.
Advance reservations are required to use the observation space and parking lot. As the number of seats is limited, please make sure to make a reservation in advance.

【Notes on wheelchair seats】

■About the sale of B parking tickets
・Parking tickets for standard cars in the Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) with advance reservations. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets from "Kashima Tickets" in advance. They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, for the number of available parking spaces.
・On the match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, the B parking lot can only be used by standard passenger cars.
