We held serious competitive events such as a 3-on-3 tournament and a 1-on-1 strongest player decider, as well as events where participants could enjoy and improve their soccer skills through "enjoy mini-games." Over 150 players participated!
Please see below for event details and how the day unfolded.
[August 3rd (Saturday) 3-on-3 Tournament in Hitachinaka U-9]
The "3-on-3 Tournament in Hitachinaka U-9" was held at the Hitachinaka City General Athletic Park Recreation Plaza for elementary school students in grades 1-3.
The 3-on-3 tournament is a mini-soccer tournament played with three players. Participants could form teams with three or more members, or individual participants were grouped into teams to compete.
Despite the heat, each team worked hard in cooperation with their teammates, aiming for victory. Many matches were so captivating that you couldn't take your eyes off them, making it a very exciting tournament.
After intense battles, "Vamos" and "Chinen 13" won this tournament! Congratulations!

[August 4th (Sunday) Striker & GK Skill-Up School in Takahagi]
The "Striker & GK Skill-Up School in Takahagi" was held at Takahama Sports Plaza for elementary school students in grades 2-6.
Initially, strikers and goalkeepers separated, with strikers learning shooting techniques and goalkeepers learning how to save shots from the coaches.
Strikers, who initially struggled with shooting, gradually improved with the coaches' guidance and various creative practice methods. Some players also showed remarkable improvement by observing the coaches' demonstrations.

Goalkeepers practiced basic catches and high balls. After that, they practiced detailed position changes and steps, gradually being able to reach balls they couldn't before and catch balls they previously parried.

In the shooting practice and matches where strikers and goalkeepers joined forces, both demonstrated the results of their training, leading to a high-level practice session with many super goals and super saves!

[August 10th (Saturday) 1-on-1 Strongest Player Decider]
The "1-on-1 Strongest Player Decider" was held at the Hitachinaka City General Athletic Park Recreation Plaza for elementary school students in grades 1 and 2.
The 1-on-1 Strongest Player Decider is, as the name suggests, a tournament to determine the strongest player in 1-on-1. 1-on-1 is a very important technique in soccer. Competing 1-on-1 with players of the same grade is a valuable event that allows participants to gauge their own abilities.
For the 1st graders, it was their first 1-on-1 Strongest Player Decider, but they quickly learned the rules and fought bravely. The 2nd graders also played intense matches, undeterred by the very hot weather!
In the 1st grade division, Ao Inoue won, and in the 2nd grade division, Shoru Takigasaki won! Congratulations to both of them!
We look forward to the future participation of both the champions and those who narrowly missed out on winning!

[August 18th (Sunday) Enjoy Mini-Game in Hitachinaka]
The "Enjoy Mini-Game in Hitachinaka" was held at the Hitachinaka City General Athletic Park Recreation Plaza for elementary school students in grades 1-6.
Players teamed up with students from different grades, and coaches also joined in for many mini-games! Some players grew during the games by playing soccer with students from different grades and with coaches, which they don't usually do.
There were many super goals and super plays by the coaches, making this event another huge success.
This event provides a valuable experience to play soccer with students from different grades and with coaches, so please join us next time and in the future!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the events throughout the summer vacation!
We will continue to hold various events, including fun events and events to improve soccer skills, so please join us!
