Announcement: 2023 Tsukuba School Futsal Course Selection Tryouts for New 4th-6th Graders (March 5)

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding tryouts for the Tsukuba Campus Futsal Course, targeting new 4th to 6th graders.

In the Futsal Course, we train players to improve their technical and tactical skills in the confined spaces of futsal, which in turn helps them improve their soccer skills. In addition to regular practice, we participate in tournaments and practice matches to enhance players' competitiveness.

Sunday, March 5, 2023, 18:00 - 20:00 (Registration begins at 17:30)

[Venue]
Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midori no Chuo, Tsukuba City)
*Parking inside the facility is not available. Please use nearby paid parking lots.

[Participation Fee]
School students: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Non-school students (general applicants): 2,000 yen (tax included)
*Payment will be collected in cash on the day of the event.
*Registration will take place at the field.

[What to bring]
Full set of soccer equipment (excluding ball), water bottle
*For futsal, please use training shoes.
(Spikes are also acceptable if you do not have training shoes)

[About Injuries on the Day]
・We will provide first aid, but please understand that parents/guardians will be responsible for any subsequent treatment.

[Other]
・Successful applicants will be notified via Sgrum for school students and email for general participants.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in April. (Every Wednesday 17:00 - 18:20)
・Please be sure to read the COVID-19 infection prevention guidelines before participating.
・Photos and videos taken at this tryout may be published on the club's official website and media. Please apply only if you agree to this.

[About COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. You also cannot participate if you have any symptoms of ill health, including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant themselves has been identified by the public health center as a close contact (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities within the organization (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.

In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when coming to the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if the management issues warnings regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (please write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.

If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.
