Announcement: 2023 Norte Area Advanced Course and Special Course Selection Tryouts for New 3rd Graders (February 18)

We are pleased to announce that we will hold selection trials for new third-grade elementary school students for the Kenpoku Enhanced Course and Special Courses (Hitachi School, Hitachinaka School, Takahagi School, and Hitachiomiya School).

New third-grade elementary school students (current second-graders)

[About the Courses Offered]
■Kenpoku Enhanced Course (New Third-Grade Elementary School Students)
・Activity days: Every Tuesday and Friday
・Activity hours: Tuesdays 17:00-18:20 / Fridays 18:40-20:00
・Activity location: Hitachi Ltd. Omika Ground (6-20 Omika-cho, Hitachi City)

■Hitachi School Special Course
・Activity days: Every Thursday
・Activity hours: 18:40-20:00
・Activity location: Hitachi Ltd. Omika Ground (6-20 Omika-cho, Hitachi City)

■Hitachinaka School Special Course
・Activity days: Every Friday
・Activity hours: 18:40-20:00
・Activity location: Hitachinaka City General Sports Park Recreation Plaza (49 Shinko-cho, Hitachinaka City)

■Takahagi School Special Course
・Activity days: Every Wednesday
・Activity hours: 17:10-18:30
・Activity location: Takahama Sports Plaza (1-42 Takahama-cho, Takahagi City)

■Hitachiomiya School Special Course
・Activity days: Every Thursday
・Activity hours: 18:30-19:50

[Results of Selection]
We will contact you within February.
・School students: Notification via Sgrum
・General students (non-school students): Notification via postal mail
*Successful applicants will begin activities from April 2023.

[What to Bring]
Clothes suitable for playing soccer, cleats, ball, drinks
*Please make sure to write your name on all items.

[Other Notes]
・In case of cancellation, school students will be notified via Sgrum by 12:00 on the day, and non-school students will be contacted by phone at the emergency contact number you registered.
・In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be handled by each family.
・If you cannot attend the selection trial, please write "Separate day desired" in the remarks column. You will participate in the regular practice of the Kenpoku Enhanced Course or Special Course on a day after the selection trial date.
*We will contact you by phone at the registered contact information when adjusting the schedule.
・Photos or videos taken at this selection trial may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.

[About the New Coronavirus Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, you cannot participate if you have shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort, including abnormalities in taste or smell.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant themselves is a close contact certified by the public health center (does not include cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting determination as a close contact.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when participating at the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if the management gives warnings regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your fingers.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
