・Regarding the results, school members will be notified via Sgrum, and general participants will be notified by mail within one week.

[About the Special Course]
■Itako School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Friday
・Activity time: 18:40 to 20:00 for 3rd to 6th graders
・Activity location: Maekawa Sports Park Soccer Field (〒311-2416 Maekawa, Itako City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Participation is also not permitted if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) You are designated by the public health center as a close contact (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being designated as a close contact), or you are awaiting a close contact determination.
3) Your affiliated institution (including school) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
Additionally, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Understand the risks and confirm infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from management regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
