*This is NOT for Tsukuba Junior or Norte Junior.

New 4th-grade elementary school students (field players and goalkeepers): Approximately 10 players
*As a condition for eligibility, applicants must generally attend practices every week on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday (4 days a week).

・After completing your application, click on the URL provided in the payment guidance email you receive and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is complete, you will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.LEAGUE Ticket.
*Payment can be made by various credit cards or at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, an issuance fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a payment processing fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

[Tryout Ticket Issuance Method]
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours have passed to prevent fraudulent use.
*If you wish to issue your ticket within 24 hours due to an approaching deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven".
・On the day of the tryouts, please present the "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven at the reception desk.
*Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations after payment.
[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
If an adult (18 years or older) has a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or a child (under 18 years old) has a fever of 37.5°C or higher on the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you have any health problems including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You will not be allowed to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabiting person has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue until immediately before playing.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there is a warning from the management regarding preventive measures, follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.

・A J.LEAGUE ID (free) is required to apply.
・Please be sure to take your temperature before leaving home. Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be denied participation.
・Please always wear a mask inside the venue until immediately before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary physical contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・Changing rooms will not be available on the day. Please come already changed.
・Please follow the rules regarding parent observation and restroom use (explained on the day).
・If you are unable to attend the tryout date, please contact the inquiry desk below.

・For injuries sustained during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible.
