Notice of Selection Trials for the 2022 Yūki Campus & Jōsō Campus Special Courses (Elementary School Students in Grades 3-5)

We are pleased to announce that tryouts for the 2022 Yuki School and Joso School Special Courses will be held for elementary school students in grades 3-5.

[Eligibility and Number of Applicants]
Elementary school students in grades 3-5: A few
*The Special Course is for players aiming for Antlers Tsukuba Junior and Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth. In principle, players who are willing to participate in Antlers Tsukuba Junior and Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth activities are eligible to apply.

[Tryout Venue and Schedule]
■Yuki School: Kanakubo General Athletic Park Baseball Field (1 Kanakubo, Yuki City)
(1) Wednesday, November 2
(2) Wednesday, November 9
(3) Wednesday, November 16
・Elementary school students grades 3-4: 17:00-18:20, Elementary school students grades 5-6: 18:30-19:50
*Each person may participate only once.

■Joso School: Yoshino Sun Village (1720-2 Kamihebi, Joso City)
(1) Thursday, November 10
(2) Thursday, November 17
(3) Thursday, November 24
・Elementary school students grades 3-4: 17:00-18:20, Elementary school students grades 5-6: 18:30-19:50
*Each person may participate only once.

[Participation Fee]
General: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Antlers School students: Free
*Please pay in cash on the day of the event.

[What to Bring]
Clothing suitable for soccer (ball not required), cleats or training shoes, drinks
*Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.

・Results will be sent by email on Sunday, November 27.
・First aid will be provided by us for any injuries on the day, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of the guardians. Please be aware of this in advance.

Yuki School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Wednesday
・Activity time: Elementary school students grades 3-4 / 17:00-18:20, Elementary school students grades 5-6 / 18:30-19:50
・Activity location: Kanakubo General Athletic Park (1 Kanakubo, Yuki City)

Joso School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Thursday
・Activity time: Elementary school students grades 3-4 / 17:00-18:20, Elementary school students grades 5-6 / 18:30-19:50
・Activity location: Yoshino Sun Village (1720-2 Kamihebi-cho, Joso City)

Special Course Monthly Fee
・8,800 yen (tax included) / month

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, you cannot participate if you have shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or other poor health conditions including abnormal taste or smell.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply within 1 week prior to the day of participation:

1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) You are a close contact certified by the public health center (does not include cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or are awaiting judgment as a close contact.
3) The organization to which you belong (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infected person within the organization.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past 2 weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if the management gives warnings regarding prevention measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
