Announcement: "Skill-up School in Hitachinaka" for 3rd-6th Graders (October 22)

We will be holding a skill-up school on Saturday, October 22, 2022.

This event will provide training specializing in "technique."

The theme for this session is "Defense to Steal the Ball." Players who want to improve their ability to win the ball are highly encouraged to participate! We look forward to seeing many of you there!

[Eligible Grades]
Elementary school students in grades 3-6

[What to bring]
Soccer attire (shoes, shin guards, etc.), ball, water bottle, change of clothes, health check sheet

※From two weeks before the event until the day of the event, please take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet. Please submit it at the reception desk on the day of the event.

[Other Important Notes]
・In case of cancellation on the day, we will notify school students via Sgrum and non-school students via phone by 15:00.
・Guardians are welcome to observe. Please wear a mask and observe from the designated guardian observation area.
・In the event of injuries on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain or other reasons, we will not be able to refund the participation fee. Please be aware of this in advance.

[About COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you have any health problems including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.

You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant themselves is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the institution to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If the management gives instructions regarding preventative measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.

If you have any concerns about your health, even slight, please refrain from participating.
