How to Purchase Tickets / Rules and Regulations

Tickets provided as a season ticket benefit can be purchased using the following methods:

*Eligible matches are those held within the validity period of the season ticket membership (July 1, 2026 (Wed) - June 30, 2027 (Wed)).
*If the home game venue changes from Mercari Stadium, viewing seats of a similar category to the seats you hold will be eligible.
*Please note that eligible matches may change due to changes in competition format, etc.
*Emperor's Cup and AFC-organized tournaments are not included.

*Details on ticket sales for AFC-organized tournaments will be announced separately.

Ticket Sales Schedule

You can purchase Home Supporters' Seats and reserved seats earlier than any other membership grade.

*During the period from the earliest priority sales (6 days prior) to priority sales (3 days prior), SÓCIO members cannot purchase Home Supporters' Seats or Reserved Seats.
*From the start of priority sales, all grades of SÓCIO and Fan Club members can purchase Home Supporters' Seats and Reserved Seats.
*The sales timing for each grade may change.
*Visitor-only seats will be available for purchase from the general sales date.

*During the earliest priority sales period, only the number of tickets eligible for single-purchase and the additional number of U18 seats can be purchased.

*A portion of the Home Supporters' Seats / Reserved Seats (lower deck) will be preferentially secured for supporter groups that lead cheering. To maintain a sense of unity that creates a wave of support, we will ensure an environment where core supporters can lead the team together. Please refer to the information below for details.

Notes on Plans

*All prices include tax.

*While season ticket holders can purchase Home Supporters Seats and reserved seats earliest, please note that seat availability is not guaranteed for season ticket holders once the fan club member pre-sale (starting 3 days before general release) begins. Please purchase early (for detailed schedule, please refer to the information below).
*The "U18 1-person plan" is for individuals born on or after July 1, 2008 (18 years old or younger).

*Season tickets will be sold up to the maximum number of Home Supporters Seats and reserved seats (1st and 2nd floor). Based on current membership numbers, there is a possibility of early termination of sales once the maximum limit is reached, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The single-purchase ticket prices and U18 additional purchase prices listed in the table include a ¥110 ticketing fee.
*Due to the inclusion of the ticketing fee, the U18 additional purchase price is the same as the fan club advance price.

About the Ticket Resale and Transfer Service

Tickets purchased individually that are eligible for the season ticket can be listed on the official resale service or used with the transfer service.
The maximum resale price will be the purchase price of each ticket plus the listing fee.

[Important] Rules regarding no-shows for single-game tickets and additional U18 tickets
If you purchase single-game tickets that are eligible for season ticket holders, or additional U18 tickets, and have 3 no-shows accumulated over the season, your right to renew your season tickets for the following year will be forfeited.
 


① Eligible Tickets
Tickets for each match purchased from the season ticket member-exclusive ticket purchase page.
 

② Definition of Attendance
・Attended the match with the eligible ticket.
・Listed the eligible ticket on the official resale platform.
*Only applicable if the listing is confirmed on the official resale system. Furthermore, the condition is that the ticket must be listed by 21:00 the day before the match.
・Transferred the eligible ticket to another person (the recipient must have received it by logging in with their J-League ID).
*If none of the above actions were taken for the eligible ticket, it will be counted as a no-show.
 

③ Supplementary Matters
・If tickets were not purchased from the exclusive website, they will not be counted as no-shows.
・If the recipient does not log in with their J-League ID when receiving a transferred ticket, the ticket holder will not change, and if there is no attendance with that ticket, it will be counted as a no-show.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding as we aim to minimize empty seats caused by non-attendance with purchased tickets.

Q. I've purchased a season ticket. Where can I buy tickets for "Home Supporter's Seat - Reserved" for the number of seats I am entitled to?

A. To purchase on a one-off basis, please log in to the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page, and access the purchase URL listed under "Menu" > "Basic Information Settings" > "Other Information."

Q. We've joined as a group of four adults with a season ticket. Can we purchase two tickets first through the dedicated site on the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page, and then purchase the remaining two later?

A.  It is not possible to make two purchases on the one-time purchase site. Group grades (2-4 people) are intended to "make it easier to get adjacent seats on the one-time purchase site," so only one purchase is allowed.

Q. The URL for the individual purchase site is not displayed on the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page.

A.  The URL for the dedicated site where you can purchase season tickets on a per-occasion basis will only be displayed on the membership page (My Page) of the representative when you join.

If companions wish to purchase tickets, please have the representative share the dedicated site URL or have the representative purchase tickets for everyone.

 

■ Important notice regarding purchase frequency
Tickets that can be purchased from the dedicated site URL are limited to one purchase per match.
*Please note that regardless of whether the representative or a companion makes the purchase, you cannot purchase tickets for the same match again from a URL that has already been used for a purchase.

Q. Is the "Home Supporters Seat - Reserved" the only ticket type available for purchase on the individual ticket purchase site? Can other seat types also be purchased?

A. Only "Home Supporters' Seat - Reserved" tickets can be purchased on the per-event purchase site.
Other seat types can be purchased on "Kashima Antlers Ticket" from the member pre-sale date.

Q. When can I purchase tickets for seating categories other than the "Home Supporters Seats - Reserved"?

A.  Tickets can be purchased on "Kashi-Ticket" starting from the member pre-sale date.

Q.  I purchased a Home Supporters Seat (Reserved) ticket via Kashima Antlers Ticket Site instead of a one-time purchase site. Can I get a refund for the difference in price?

A.  We cannot refund the difference.
Your existing ticket is valid and can be used for entry as is.
If you have not yet completed the purchase procedure on the per-purchase site, it is possible to purchase from the per-purchase site if there are remaining seats.

Q. How many tickets can I purchase during the earliest pre-sale?

A.  The maximum is the number of rights plus up to 4 additional U18 tickets.

Q. If I purchase a ticket once, can I watch all matches for the entire season from the same seat?

A.  No, you cannot.
Tickets purchased are valid for one specified game only. You will need to purchase tickets for each game separately. (You will also select your seats for each game.)

Q. What payment methods are available on the one-time purchase site?

A.  You can choose to pay by credit card, d払い (d Barai), or Rakuten Pay.

Convenience store payment is not available.

Q. How do I pick up tickets purchased through the one-time purchase site?

A.  Tickets can only be collected via QR code.

Q. How do I use the seat change service?

Q. I want to use the resale service. How do I list an item?

Q. Can I enter with the digital membership card displayed on the member/fan club "My Page"?

A. Digital membership cards cannot be used for admission.
