Seat change service

This is an announcement regarding our "Seat Change Service," which allows you to change the seats of QR tickets purchased via "Shika Ticket."

This service can be used to meet requests such as "I have more people coming with me, so I want to change to seats where we can all sit together!" or "I want to upgrade to better seats than the ticket I currently have!"

Please review the details and various conditions before using the service.

Applicable Tickets

You can use the "Seat Change Service" if one of the following applies:

1) It is a QR ticket purchased with a credit card via "Kashima Antlers Ticket Site"
2) It is a QR ticket obtained for free via "Kashima Antlers Ticket Site"

Ineligible Ticket

・Partial corporate paper tickets for SÓCIO members
・Tickets purchased using payment methods other than credit cards (e.g., e-money services like d-払い, convenience store payments)
・Tickets issued as paper tickets
・Tickets purchased via resale or transferred from another person
・Tickets for Parking B, Sofa Seats, Yuttari Seats, VIEW BOX, wheelchair accessible seats, and various special plan tickets
・Tickets for other seat types designated by the club as outside the scope of this service
・When tickets for multiple matches are purchased simultaneously (*)
(*) Refers to cases where tickets for multiple matches are added to the cart and paid for in a single transaction.

Terms of Use

Changes are permitted only if neither the total amount nor the total number of tickets purchased in a single transaction is reduced.

Example: If you purchase two tickets at 2,000 yen each

The modified content must meet the condition of 2 or more tickets and a total amount of 4,000 yen or more.
*In this case, you cannot change the number of tickets to 1 or change the total purchase amount to less than 4,000 yen.

Application period

SÓCIO Members: From the SÓCIO release date until one hour before gates open on match day

Other Grades: From the general release date until one hour before gates open on match day

Seat change fee

220 JPY/seat (tax included)

Notes

・This service allows you to cancel your purchased ticket and payment, and then repurchase. You cannot change your seat by paying the difference from your current ticket.
・If you change seats for tickets obtained or purchased using a discount coupon (a coupon where you enter a code before payment), the discounted purchase price will be cancelled. Please note that the discount coupon you used cannot be reissued.
・If you attempt to change seats by selecting both eligible and ineligible tickets for this service at the same time, the seats cannot be changed. Please click here for information on how to use the service.
