Seat Change Service
This is information about the "Seat Change Service," which allows you to change the seats of QR tickets purchased on "Kashima Tickets."
This service can be used for requests such as, "More people are coming with me, so I want to change to seats where we can sit together!" or "I want to change to a better grade of seat than the ticket I currently have!"

Eligible Tickets
You can use the "Seat Change Service" if your ticket falls under either of the following categories:
1) It is a QR ticket purchased with a credit card payment on "Kashima Tickets."
2) It is a QR ticket obtained for free on "Kashima Tickets." (*)
(*) SÓCIO (corporate) free ticket acquisition coupons, various free invitation tickets
■Ineligible Tickets
・Some SÓCIO corporate paper tickets
・Season tickets
・Tickets purchased with payment methods other than credit cards (e.g., electronic payments such as d払い, convenience store payments)
・Paper tickets issued
・Tickets purchased through resale or transferred from another person
・Tickets for B Parking, Sofa Seats, Yuttari Seats, VIEW BOX, wheelchair seats, various special event tickets
・Other tickets for seat types designated by the club as ineligible for this service
・Cases where multiple match tickets were settled at once (*)
(*) Refers to cases where multiple match tickets were put in the cart and settled in a single transaction.
Terms of Use
The change must not result in a decrease in either the total ticket price or the total number of tickets from the original purchase in a single transaction.
Example: If you purchased two tickets for 2,000 yen each
The condition for the change is that there must be two or more tickets and the total price must be 4,000 yen or more.
* In this case, changes to one ticket or changes where the total purchase amount is less than 4,000 yen are not possible.
Application Period
SÓCIO Members: From SÓCIO release date until one hour before stadium opening on match day
Other Grades: From general release date until one hour before stadium opening on match day
Seat Change Fee
220 yen/seat (tax included)

Important Notes
・This service is a mechanism to cancel your purchased ticket and payment, and then repurchase. You cannot change your seat by paying the difference from your existing ticket.
・If you change a seat for a ticket acquired or purchased using a discount coupon (a coupon where a code is entered before payment), the discounted purchase price will be canceled. Please note that the discount coupon used cannot be reissued.
・If you try to change seats by selecting both eligible and ineligible tickets for this service simultaneously, the seats cannot be changed.
