What is the Antlers Official App supported by Joyo Bank?

A must-have item for Antlers fans and supporters! The official club app has been updated!

 

You can continue to use the app's existing features, including push notifications for match information and the latest news. If you have a "J.League ID," a common membership ID that allows you to use various services, you can log in to the app to enjoy ticket purchases on the "Shika Ticket" website, shopping at the ANTLERS OFFICIAL STORE, and content on the paid membership website "FREAKS."
 

In addition, by linking your J.League ID and One-Touch Pass ID (membership number) within the app, SÓCIO and Fan Club members can display their QR membership cards, while Academy Support Club members can view exclusive content.
 

Furthermore, in addition to the features available in the previous version of the app, we will gradually roll out new features and services in collaboration with Joyo Bank that will make your daily life and match-viewing experience more convenient and smarter. Please look forward to them.

With the launch of the “Antlers Official App supported by Joyo Bank,” the current official club app will discontinue its service on Sunday, January 31, 2027. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please install the new app.
 

After installing the new app, please log in using the J.League ID you used with the current app and link your One-Touch Pass ID.


*The SÓCIO and Fan Club membership card display feature in the current app will be available until Sunday, January 31, 2027. For Antlers home games held on or before that date, you can use either the new or current app to enter the stadium and earn “Spirit,” the club’s original points.

FAQ

Q Does using the app cost anything?

The app is free to use. However, we may offer paid individual services.
*Users are responsible for any communication charges incurred while using the app.

Q Can I use it on a tablet device?

This service is designed for smartphones. Even if the app can be downloaded on a tablet device, operation is not guaranteed.

Q Can I use the app without registering a J.League ID?

You can browse the app as a "Guest" without registering for or logging in with a J.League ID. An in-app user ID will be automatically created.

Q Can I change my J.League ID information?

You can change your registered information by going to “Settings” (the gear icon in the upper left) → “Change Registered Information” → “Change Registered Information” in the “Email Address” field. You can change your “In-App Username” at any time, but doing so will not affect your use of the app.

Q Is it possible to log out of the J.League ID?

To log out, go to "Settings" (the gear icon in the top left) → "Change Registration Information" → "Log Out".

Q What is the "Request Account Deletion" option in the settings screen?

This request button is for those who wish to delete the in-app user ID that is automatically registered when using the app. Even if you delete your account, your J.League ID registration information will not be deleted.

Q Will my account information be transferred from the current app to the new app?

Your data will not be transferred. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please install the new app and log in with your J.League ID.

Q Can I use the new app to enter the stadium from now on? How long will the current app remain available for use?

You can enter using either the new app or the existing app. The membership card feature of the existing app will be available until the end of January 2027.

Q Will my Spirit be transferred?

Your accumulated Spirit will be carried over.

Q Do I earn Spirit when I install a new app?

Installing new apps does not add Spirit.

Q How long will the current app remain available?

The membership card feature will be available until the end of January 2027. Other content will be gradually scaled back and discontinued.
