Tonkatsu Specialty Restaurant Buta Ichimon
I ordered the Tonkatsu Lunch for 1,080 yen (tax included)! Before ordering, I asked for their recommended dish, and as expected from a tonkatsu specialty restaurant, it was tonkatsu. I was torn between that and the "Hitokuchi Hirekatsu Lunch" (single bite fillet cutlet lunch), but decided on this one.
Besides the cutlets, there are plenty of other options! Rice and cabbage are refillable, and the miso soup is pork miso soup.
I took a bite of the tonkatsu first. What was this tenderness?! And yet, it was juicy. I was astonished by a texture I had never experienced before. I doubted my unsophisticated palate, but Buta Ichimon's tonkatsu is apparently renowned for its tenderness.
Another major characteristic is that it's not greasy. The high-quality fat is refreshing, a delicious experience that satisfies people of all ages and genders!
As someone who actively tries to eat vegetables, I continued to eat the cabbage. The two types of dressing must have been a message saying, "Have more!" When I ordered, a plate of cabbage was served. It was so beautiful that I couldn't help but take a picture of it.
Having finished the shimmering cabbage, I devoured everything! Even though I ate a hearty meal, I felt no heaviness in my stomach at all.

The interior seating includes tables and zashiki (low tables on tatami mats), with Antlers posters and flags on the walls! Creating a hometown atmosphere wouldn't be possible without local cooperation.
Besides tonkatsu and hirekatsu (fillet cutlet), there's a wide variety of other menu items, such as ebi-katsu (shrimp cutlet), pork kimchi, and hire cheese shiso maki (fillet cutlet with cheese and perilla). Enjoy the owner's carefully crafted flavors, whether it's on a match day or any other day!
